SMB-Academy has the best Business Consultants for your 1-2-1 mentoring, Physical Trainers for your 1-2-1 physical regime and fitness tests and a Medical Nursing Team for your health checks. Alongside this you will be assessed and given a Fitness, Nutrition, Health & Well-being Plan. You will have breathing space to reflect whilst walking with a personal guide or alternatively you can take advantage of the SPA enjoying treatments, taking a cycle ride in beautiful country side or enjoying the 5 star golfing ground with around of golf.

Health Checks

SMB-Academy offers a structured tier for Nurse-Led health checks, customised to meet your specific requirements. This includes comprehensive blood tests, for which you will receive a detailed report from a private physician. The blood analysis evaluates various health parameters, including Red Blood Cells, White Blood Cells, Clotting Status, Kidney Health Liver Health, Proteins, Diabetes Cholesterol Levels, Inflammation, Minerals, and Thyroid Hormones.

Activity Leaders

Activities are managed and led our Activities Team consisting of Royal Marines former Commando Physical Training Instructor, a former Ski Guide, a Mountain and Arctic Warfare Cadre, a Swiss Alp Walking Guide, a Level 1 Special forces operative and a Physical Trainer with a Bachelor of Science Sports with an array of awards.

Equipment

Outdoor equipment is required and this will be discussed in the Initial Consultation. Depending on the activities that teams will be participating in specialist equipment may be needed. We advise that Walking boots, Weatherproof Jackets and Water Bottles are essential. A range of equipment can be bought in our preferred suppliers shop.

Historical & Political Influences

There is an opportunity to visit historical sites where you will learn about historical & political inference's failings and successions. These sessions are for more senior management team development courses and are led by our History and Politics expert.
