SM-Academy provides programs tailored to diverse Management and Leadership levels. Each course is specifically designed to align with the unique needs of your business and system requirements. The aims and objectives of the courses are collaboratively established and discussed during the Initial Consultation.

Practical Activities are delivered in collaboration with Theory and vary according to your Team and business requirements. The activity list delivered but not exhausted of are as follows

All activities are delivered in natural surroundings however, we do have indoor facilities for adverse weather conditions.

Outdoor equipment is required and this will be discussed in the Initial Consultation. Depending on the activities that teams will be participating in specialist equipment may be needed. We advise that Walking boots, Weatherproof Jackets and Water Bottles are essential. A range of equipment can be bought in our preferred suppliers shop.

Activities are managed and led by our Activities Team consisting of Royal Marines former Commando Physical Training Instructor, a former Ski Guide, a Mountain and Arctic Warfare Cadre, a Swiss Alp Walking Guide, a Level 1 Special forces operative and a Physical Trainer with a Bachelor of Science Sports with an array of awards.

Your team has the opportunity to enhance its understanding of team development by examining the successes and failures of historical and political influences. These sessions are tailored for senior management teams and are conducted by our expert Historical and Political guides. However, we can also extend this learning opportunity to all organisational levels.

All participants will have an opportunity to complete reflective practice which can be added to their CPD on lessons learnt from the activities completed

On all successful completion of all courses a full and comprehensive debrief is written and presented to the company. This will aid with personal development, annual appraisals and future development and career progression planning. (this also shows where training money has been spent)

Your team members have the option of 1-2-1 business mentoring sessions during their stay.
